Bookings and payment

An enquiry is not a booking. I confirm a booking in writing after we agree on the date, itinerary, guiding fee and any ticket costs.

To confirm, guests pay 25% of the guiding fee plus the full cost of any attraction tickets I am asked to buy. Payment is made directly to me by PayNow or another method agreed in writing — no payments are taken through this website.

The remaining guiding fee is due 48 hours before the tour, or at confirmation for bookings made within 48 hours of the tour.

I will disclose ticket prices and their cancellation conditions before purchase, and will buy tickets only after the guest agrees and pays.

Guest cancellations

Please tell me by WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel. Notice periods are measured from the scheduled tour start time, Singapore time:

• At least 72 hours before: full refund of the guiding fee.
• Between 24 and 72 hours before: refund of 50% of the guiding fee.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: no refund of the guiding fee.

The deposit is part of the guiding fee, not an additional cancellation charge.

If I have not yet bought the tickets, the ticket payment is refunded in full. Once bought, ticket refunds or date changes depend on the seller's terms, and I will pass on any refund I actually receive from the seller. There is no extra ticket cancellation fee.

Bad weather and changes

Ordinary rain does not automatically cancel a tour. If severe weather makes the planned itinerary unsafe or impractical, I will discuss a suitable indoor itinerary or another available date with you. Any tickets already purchased remain subject to the ticket seller's terms.

If I cannot provide the tour or a suitable agreed alternative, I will refund the guiding fee in full. If I cancel for a reason within my control and tickets I bought for you cannot reasonably be used or refunded, I will also reimburse their cost.

No-shows

Please contact me if you are delayed. If you have not arrived or contacted me within 15 minutes of the agreed start time, I will try to contact you. If you still do not attend, the booking is treated as a no-show under the cancellation policy above.

Transport

Transport arrangements and availability are subject to applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
