What this website stores

This website does not store enquiry submissions. Its enquiry form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you choose whether to send. No payments are taken through this website.

How your messages are used

WhatsApp and email conversations may be retained within those services. I use your messages to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide tours, and resolve related issues.

When arranging something you have requested, I may share only the details needed with an attraction or other provider.

How long messages are kept

Tour and enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months after the tour or your last enquiry, then deleted unless they are still needed for a booking, dispute or other valid reason.
